Using versamark stamp on some scraps using the stitchery stamps and then heat emboss using white (or other colour you fancy) embossing powder.

 

Use your take your pick tool to create the holes for the stitches. Stamp around the edge of your card base. Die cut the amazing sentiment. Stamp the ‘You Are Simply Fabulous’ and fussy cut the you are. Add some faceted gems and voila!  One cool card and a great way to use up some scraps.
